Who we are

nanas.build is built and operated by Nanas Sound OÜ (registry code 16028176, VAT EE102880584), Tallinn, Estonia. If you have any question about this policy or your data, write to asep@nanas.ee .

What we collect

There are no accounts and no passwords. The CAD engine runs entirely in your browser; your models never touch our servers.

For each generation you run, we store one analytics record so we can see which prompts succeed and improve the service:

• your prompt text,
• the model's reply and the generated CAD code,
• the model id, whether the turn succeeded, and timing/stats,
• an anonymous session id that is not linked to any identity.

No advertising trackers. We don't sell your data, and there's nothing here to sell.

Model providers

Generating a part means asking a language model to write CAD code. Your prompt and the conversation are sent through our relay to our model provider (DeepSeek), acting as processor for that purpose. The provider's API key never leaves our servers.

Your files

The STL/STEP files you download are generated in your browser and are never uploaded to us. Nothing to leak, nothing to lose — the generated code in the editor is all it takes to reproduce them.

Rate limiting

To keep the free relay usable for everyone, we keep a per-IP request counter in memory only — it is never written to disk and never linked to anything else.

Cookies

One session cookie, so the page can talk to the server securely. That's the whole list.

Payments

Exporting a model as STL/STEP is a paid feature (€3 per model, one-time). Payment is processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments model: Stripe acts as merchant of record — it collects the payment, handles VAT/sales tax and sends you the receipt. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.

When a purchase completes, we receive from Stripe your email address and the order record (which prompt and model you paid for). We use the email to identify your purchase — receipts and support go through Stripe — and the order record for product analytics and to keep your downloads unlocked. Buyer emails are kept as transactional records and are the seed of a future account system; we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in separately.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing asep@nanas.ee . Tell us the anonymous session id from your browser and we'll remove the matching records.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
