The agreement

These terms govern your use of nanas.build, a service that turns plain-language descriptions into CAD models. The service is operated by Nanas Sound OÜ (registry code 16028176, VAT EE102880584), Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. There are no accounts — you need no registration to use the editor.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to design anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Don't hammer the relay with automated traffic; the service is meant for interactive, human-driven use.

Generated output

Models generated by the service are proposals, not verified engineering, and carry no warranty of any kind — express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Geometry can be wrong in ways a preview won't show. You are responsible for verifying a design before you print or use it: check dimensions, tolerances and materials, and run a fit-check on anything that matters.

Your content

Your prompts and the models generated from them are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your prompt, generate the model and store the analytics record described in the privacy policy — nothing more.

Exports and payment

Exporting a model as STL/STEP is sold as a one-time licence per model at the price shown in the editor at the time of purchase. Payment is collected by Stripe (Managed Payments — Stripe is merchant of record): Stripe handles the charge, applicable taxes, and receipts, and refunds/support questions about the payment are handled through Stripe and Link. Prices may change; a purchase always follows the price displayed when you clicked buy.

The service itself is currently in beta. We may change, limit or discontinue features — including the paid export flow — as the beta evolves. What you have already paid for stays downloadable from the browser and machine where it was generated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from anything you manufacture using a generated model.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
